Initial Consultations: In these 45-minute sessions, we take a deep dive into your story to create a remedy tailored just for you. Follow-Up Sessions: Shorter, 15-minute check-ins allow us to evaluate your progress, tweak your remedy as needed, and provide ongoing support. If you need more time to share and process, you’re welcome to schedule another full-length session.
